COD TERMS

  • In case customer avail the COD facility; it is mandatory to pay 20% of the total amount in advance, rest 80% of amount can be paid at the time of receiving the parcel.
  • After receiving the amount, goods will be delivered by delivery boy. At the time delivery boy reaches you, customer has to pay full and final balance amount to courier boy.
  • The person comes to deliver goods belongs to courier company. In case of any damages to the parcel, customer has to make 3600 video of parcel while opening and checking of parcel in single video which has to be mail at pradiv786@gmail.com
  • In case customer refuses to take the goods or make any inappropriate demand such as he want to check the goods first and then pay which is not possible as delivery boy belongs to courier company and he can’t fulfill the demand so customer has to make payment first.
  • In any condition goods are return back or came back due to unavailability of receiver or any of the reason the 20 % amount is forfeited. Customer cannot make any claim or demand any time on the regarding amount.
  •  Company policy can be changed anytime without any prior notice.

Shipping Policy

  • Goods will be shipped by any of the respected courier companies such as Dehlivery, Ship rocket, DTDC, Dotzot .
  • In case customer needs any particular courier service, he has to mention in a note by placing the order. In case the courier charges are higher by the referred courier company, the amount will be paid by the customer such as air service or speed post service .(which is always higher)
  • In most of the cases goods are delivered at desired destination but in very few cases customer has to pick the goods from nearby company warehouse.
  • Most of the pin codes are covered by above said courier company but in some cases goods have to be delivered by speed post. In that case COD is not available and goods will be delivered by speed post only. In that case balance amount has to be paid before dispatch of goods.

We deliver the order as soon as possible (within 2-3 working days). There may be delay in case of unforeseen conditions.

Tracking number will be provided to customer on the same day of goods dispatched on whatsapp or via massage
