  • Refund / exchange will be processed once the product is received back and checked. You will receive the notification via email that we have received the product. We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund/return/exchange.
  • If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and the courier charges will be refunded.
  • If it is not approved due to any reason (In case the product is not in original condition, there is any kind of damage, defect etc) then in that case refund/return/exchange is not applicable and the courier charges will be borne by the customer
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs.
  • In case customer had bought the product in scheme and want to return/refund/exchange then he/she should return the complimentary product along with the actual product in the actual unused condition. None of the products should be partially/fully damaged.

If customer received tempered /open/damaged parcel he has to inform us as well courier company. Customer has to refuse receiving of parcel at that time and has mention remark of damaged //open parcel.

He has to check weight as well as if any discrepancy in weight been found between actual weights and mentioned he has to contact us immediately otherwise company will not been holding any responsibility if any of the negligence is done by customer.

:- You have to make the video of the product while opening it and share the video of the master box (cartons).

In case customer receives partially/fully damaged or partially theft product, customer has to make 3600 video of parcel while opening and checking of parcel in single video which has to be mail at pradiv786@gmail.com

Some products are exempt from refund/return/exchange.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

Jurisdiction & Governing Laws
The court at New Delhi, India only shall have exclusive Jurisdiction in respect of any dispute.
